SHOW TEAM

Take your gymnastics beyond the gym! Show Team is a performance-based program where athletes combine tumbling, dance, and teamwork to create exciting routines for audiences throughout the community. Their routines are performed at community events, halftime shows, parades, and other special performances and showcases throughout the season. It's the perfect place to grow your skills, build confidence, have fun, and be a part of a team. These girls and boys are chosen through a tryout process where they are evaluated on their gymnastic skill level and willingness to learn.

The Gold Gems Show Team is our introductory performance team designed for athletes who are ready to build strong foundations in showmanship, teamwork, and performance. The Gold Gems practice twice a week. These gymnasts develop tumbling skills, dance technique, flexibility, and confidence while learning exiting routines to show off around the community.

BLACK GEMS

The Black Gems Show Team is our advanced performance team for athletes who demonstrate strong tumbling skills, performance quality, and dedication. The Black Gems practice twice a week. These gymnasts focus on more advanced tumbling and building tumbling combinations as they learn polished rountines to show off around the community.
