The Bismarck Gymnastics Academy (BGA) Board of Directors is presently seeking nominations from the membership to immediately fill one (1) position on the Board. The term limit for this position is through December 31, 2020.
An individual that has a current membership and is in good standing with BGA may be nominated or self-nominate themselves to serve as a Director on the Board by submitting the nomination form (below).
Skill sets that are needed on the board include accounting (treasurer) skills as well as communication and organizational skills.
This nomination process will close on Friday, September 13, 2019. The Board will appoint the director to fill the position by a majority vote of the current Board during the September 17, 2019 monthly meeting. If you are interested in being considered as a Director on the BGA Board of Directors, please submit your completed nomination form to email@example.com, no later than September 13, 2019.

The purpose of the board meeting is to conduct the business of the academy. The format we follow during the board meetings consist of a business meeting with member input, when requested by the board chair.
Members of the academy who wish to make formal presentations before the Board shall make request in advance. You will then be called upon to present during the time as defined on the agenda.
Our monthly board meetings will take place the 3rd Tuesday of every month, unless otherwise noted.
