The Bismarck Gymnastics Academy (BGA) Board of Directors is presently seeking nominations from the membership to immediately fill one (1) position on the Board, term ending December 31, 2020; and (2) positions beginning in January 2020 and ending December 2023.
An individual that has a current membership and is in good standing with BGA may be nominated or self-nominate themselves to serve as a Director on the Board by submitting the nomination form (below).
Skill sets that are needed on the board include accounting (treasurer) skills as well as communication and organizational skills.
This nomination process will be open until the immediate seat has been filled. The Board will appoint the director to fill the position by a majority vote of the current Board during the monthly meeting following the receipt of a nomination.
The two new seats will be elected at the Annual Meeting on November 3, 2019.

The purpose of the board meeting is to conduct the business of the academy. The format we follow during the board meetings consist of a business meeting with member input, when requested by the board chair.
Members of the academy who wish to make formal presentations before the Board shall make request in advance. You will then be called upon to present during the time as defined on the agenda.
