First Time At Our Facility?

What to Expect When You Arrive

When you walk in, the office will be on your left—feel free to stop by if you need anything!

Turning right down the hallway, you will find:
• Our “Hydration Station,” which includes our water fountain and a table where gymnasts can place their water bottles during class.
• The bathrooms and locker rooms, located on the right side of the hallway for changing and storing belongings.

The Gymnast Waiting Area and Spectator Area are located on the second floor.
• The last door at the end of the corridor on the right leads to the staircase up to the second floor and bleachers.

Class/Clinic/Camp meeting locations upstairs:
• Active Helper and Preschool classes meet just outside the green sliding panels on the second floor.
• Gymnastics 1 through Gymnastics 5 and Tumbling Level 1 and 2 meet in the far north corner of the bleachers at the top of the staircase.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch—we just ask that everyone remains in the bleacher area and keeps hallways and stairways clear.

** Any gymnast in our preschool classes must have a parent or guardian in the building at all times as coaches are unable to assist with bathroom breaks in order to follow Safesport**

If your gymnast is in a Tumbling class, those take place in our Tumbling Room on the Capital Racquet side, Court 7.

First Day Reminders
To help your gymnast feel confident and ready:
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early on the first day.
